1. Adenomyosis of uterus
2. [Bowel, fluid-filled and air-filled]
3. Hydatid cyst
4. [Meningomyelocele]
5. Neoplasm of uterus, malignant (eg, carcinoma of endometrium ; leiomyosarcoma )
6. Polycystic ovary
7. Pyometrium 
8. Torsion of ovary
9. Trophoblastic tumor (eg, hydatidiform mole ; choriocarcinoma)


* Complex (partly cystic, partly solid).
