AXILLARY LYMPHADENOPATHY SEEN ON MAMMOGRAPHY (usually on MLO view)


COMMON
1. Dermatopathic (psoriatic arthritis , rheumatoid arthritis)
2. Lymphoma G; leukemia 
3. Metastatic disease from breast primary (also can be mimicked by primary breast carcinoma involving accessory breast parenchyma in axilla)
4. Tuberculosis  or fungus disease (may calcify)


UNCOMMON
1. Langerhans cell histiocytosis G 
2. Metastatic disease, other (eg, from melanoma; carcinoma of lung or ovary)
